4.1. Cantilever pay-off rack

4.1.1. Type: cantilever type

4.1.2 The pay-off rack is mainly composed of support frame, steering guide wheel, etc.

4.1.3 The height of pay-off stand is 5100mm, and two copper rods are placed to realize continuous pay-off.

4.2. Main drawing machine:

4.2.1 The type is split drive type. It is a single wire drawing equipment with eleven equal diameter wire drawing drum wheels. Each wire drawing drum wheel is driven by a separate AC motor. Each motor drives a reducer, which then drives the drawing drum wheel. The speed of the drawing drum wheel can be adjusted separately. When using, according to the processing wire material, input the extension coefficient between each drawing die to the computer in turn, the computer will calculate the speed of each drawing drum wheel.

4.2.2 The main body of the drawing machine is composed of two sections. Every 5 wire drawing drum wheel is composed of a section, the fixed speed wheel is composed of a separate. The rear end of the fixed speed wheel is provided with a belt wheel coupling for connecting the annealing device.

4.2.3. The main body is treated by welding and tempering. There is a water tank in the body, and the drum is semi-submerged. The bottom of the water tank is provided with a base and return tank. 4.2.4. The drawing base adopts the forced spray method, and the drawing liquid is fired to the drawing touch through the spray mouth under pressure by the water pump, and the drawing touch is cleaned.
